Use the form below to upload media files for your event. Add images (your organization’s logo, sponsor logos) to your screening room or video (pre-recorded welcome/intro, closing comments, Q & A with a filmmaker) to your program.

Submitting Images & Video

Submit Your Logos (Optional)

  • JPEG or PNG file type
  • Landscape or square aspect ratio.
  • MAX file size 2MB
  • Recommended specs: at least 600px wide; wide or square aspect ratio.

Submit Your Pre-Recorded Video (Optional)

  • Recommended length: under 20 minutes.
  • 1920x1080 h.264 @10Mbps, max file size 10GB. Both .mp4 and .mov format are accepted
  • IMPORTANT: If using your phone to record, please make sure to use horizontal or landscape format when filming your video. Vertical format recordings are not compatible with the virtual platform and will be rejected.
  • Please include the following info when you name your file: Your Organization Name, LUNAFEST Intro OR LUNAFEST Closing
